Topic: "Windows Scripting Host".

Windows Scripting Host is Microsoft's COM-based replacement for batch
files. Much like Active Server Pages WSH hosts VBScript, JScript or
third-party supplied languages, and allows you to leverage COM server
to master the Windows environment.
