The Path from BA to PO
Jason Novack, BigVisible Solutions
The
Product Owner is a key player in Scrum, yet there is confusion around
the true value and responsibilities of this important role. Many
companies have difficulty staffing it. Often Business Analysts are
called upon to assume Product Owner responsibilities without much clear
direction. Some think of the PO role as "an analyst on steroids." While
there is some common ground, the two roles face drastically different
sets of expectations. In this discussion, we'll highlight the
differences between Product Ownership and Analysis. We will also offer
up transition strategies for Analysts who dare to make the leap.

Note: This event will be held at Constant Contact, not at IBM. Directions.
