Subject: Nejug Meeting Reminder and SoftPro Event

Just a reminder that the next NEJUG meeting is
on Thursday, September 21th at the Sun Campus
in Burlington from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Directions
are posted on the web site. This months meeting
is on Java Performance. Peter Haggar, author of
the book Practical Java, will be speaking on ways
to improve the performance of Java code. Addison-
Wesley will be providing 10 of his books to raffle
off, and Peter will be available after the meeting
for questions and book signings. We also have a
few very important announcements at the beginning
of the meeting, and some copies of DB2 Everyplace
to give away.

If you are planning on attending the meeting, please
go to the nejug web site at http://www.nejug.org and
click on the meeting registration link to register.
This will help us determine how many pizza's to get.

As usual, we will be supplying free pizza's and soft
drinks for the meeting. I hope to see you there, and
again, if you cannot make it by 5:30, please show up
late - your attendance and participation are important!
